European Homecare employs about 200 persons in total.
The qualification and experience of our employees cover a wide range of areas reflecting the services we offer:
- social/psychological services for migrants and homeless
- relevant qualification: social academy, university degree, training programs for nurses etc.
- relevant work experience: social work with migrants or any other fringe groups
- other skills: language skills, cultural experience
- management/administration in national offices as well as in accommodation centres
- relevant qualification: social academy, university degree, 12th grade exams (Abitur, Matura)
- relevant work experience: office experience
- other skills: language skills, computer skills
- facility managemen
- relevant qualification: completed 9th grade, 12th grade exams (Abitur, Matura), completed apprenticeship as plumber, electrician etc.

- catering in accommodation centres

- relevant work experience: in respective field
Social workers have access to mentoring/coaching projects.
Training opportunities are provided on a regular basis. Apart from external training programmes, the company also organises exclusive events and internal trainings for staff members.
