The qualification and experience of our employees cover a wide range of areas reflecting the services we offer:

• social/psychological services for migrants and homeless
  
  • relevant qualification: social academy, university degree, training programs for nurses etc.
  • relevant work experience: social work with migrants or any other fringe groups
  • other skills: language skills, cultural experience
• management/administration in national offices as well as in accommodation centres
  
  • relevant qualification: social academy, university degree, 12th grade exams (Abitur, Matura)
  • relevant work experience: office experience
  • other skills: language skills, computer skills
• facility managemen
  
  • relevant qualification: completed 9th grade, 12th grade exams (Abitur, Matura), completed apprenticeship as plumber, electrician etc.

• catering in accommodation centres

Social workers have access to mentoring/coaching projects.
Training opportunities are provided on a regular basis. Apart from external training programmes, the company also organises exclusive events and internal trainings for staff members.
