History

With their vast experience in Voluntary Return, EHC applied to the Department of Justice and Equality to provide the Voluntary Return Hotline as a special not for profit project to be available in Ireland in 2010.
They were granted the contract for this project in February 2011 and from mid-July 2011 newly hired staff in the Dublin project office worked to get the Voluntary Return Hotline up and running.
The Voluntary Return Hotline went live on Monday 29th of August 2011. Counsellors started visiting reception centres from this date to increase awareness and acceptance of the Voluntary Return Programme and Hotline.
