Quality Management

European Homecare is the first social service provider in Germany and Austria to be certified under the internationally acknowledged quality assurance standard DIN EN ISO 9000:2001.
We would like to stress the fact that the DIN EN ISO certification was introduced and has been maintained by EHC voluntarily on the sole wish for and commitment to quality by the management of EHC in the past.

HACCP

Next to our quality management program European Homecare has introduced a food safety management program at our current operations.
EHC will ensure that the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) in accordance with the European Community (Hygiene of Foodstuff) Regulations, 2000 are put in place.
