Schon f\u00fcr Menschen, die in Deutschland geboren und aufgewachsen sind, ist diese Frage nicht immer leicht zu beantworten. Fl\u00fcchtlinge, denen die Strukturen des Bildungs- und Arbeitsmarktes hier fremd sind, stehen vor noch gr\u00f6\u00dferen Herausforderungen. Das &#8222;Modellprojekt zur Integration von Migrant*innen in das Arbeitsumfeld der Stadt Werdau und die Unternehmensstruktur des Landkreises Zwickau&#8220; soll ihnen den Zugang erleichtern. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Zusammenarbeit bieten die Stadtverwaltung Werdau, das Bildungswerk der S\u00e4chsischen Wirtschaft und European Homecare zum einen Bewerbertrainings, die Erarbeitung beruflicher Perspektiven und intensive sozial- sowie berufsp\u00e4dagogische Betreuung an, auf der anderen Seite werden Arbeitgeber der Region f\u00fcr die Zielgruppe sensibilisiert.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2017 gestartet, liegt der Fokus f\u00fcr 2020 besonders auf Ausbildungen.
